If you can still sign in
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Type the confirmation phrase.
- Complete deletion.
Important: If you still own an organization, the app deletes your account when another eligible member can be promoted to owner. If no replacement member exists, deletion is blocked until you add one.
If you cannot sign in
Send a deletion request to the support inbox
from the email address associated with your account. Include the
following details so the request can be verified safely:
- Your Google sign-in email address.
- Your full name if your profile used a different display name.
- The organization name you last used, if applicable.
- A short note confirming that you want the account deleted.
What deletion covers
- Removal of your app sign-in access.
- Deletion of your user profile document.
- Automatic transfer of organization ownership when another member can safely become the new owner.
- Removal of direct organization membership where that can be completed safely.
- Preservation of records that must remain for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or organization-history reasons.
